I'm Evie! I came to NTCR with a horribly broken leg that required a pin. The vet who initially saw me said I should just be killed instead of bothering to fix my leg...isn't that horrible?? I'm so sweet and my foster mom told them no way and got me the heck away from them!! She made sure I saw a really good vet who saved my leg. Now, I run and play and have so much fun with my BFF, Leo. Like me, Leo was a bit of a "broken" kitty and we were both on crate rest. Foster mom had our crates next to one another so we wouldn't be lonely. And now, we're the bestest of friends. Leo and I don't have to be adopted together, but I do need a playful kitty friend in my forever home. I really like other cats and am friendly when I meet new ones! I'm very sweet and affectionate and love to be near my foster mom. Sometimes I sleep in bed with her, it just depends on where I feel like being...and if her big, tubby, old cat is taking up too much of the bed. I have really excellent litter box habits and scratching post manners.
