How to return an NTCR Cat. If you adopted a cat from NTCR and need to return the kitty,  please submit a Surrender Form. Click hereto go to the Surrender Form. If you have questions or want  to surrender a non-NTCR cat, please email us to see if we have foster space available Click here to email us.
