Hello:-)  My name is Phineas, and my brother Ferb and I were recently rescued from a shelter in Amarillo.  I am a super sweet, fuzzy little Orange Tabby, who would love to have a furever home.  I love to cuddle with my Foster Mom, and am super playful and friendly. I have excellent litterbox skills and love to use my scratching post.
