Attention NTCR Community
We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. This means that we are currently unable to take in any cats who were not adopted from our organization. As a network of foster homes without a physical shelter, our resources and space are limited. We kindly ask that if you need to surrender a cat not adopted from NTCR, you contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us. We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
 
Please do not abandon or leave cats unattended. We understand that circumstances change, and we are committed to the welfare of every cat we’ve placed. If you are struggling to keep your NTCR cat, reach out to us directly. We will work with you to find a solution because their safety and well-being are our priority.

My name is Sparrow and I am a sweet beautiful, loving girl!  My sister, Baby Blue, and I were rescued by a nice lady after our mama disappeared.  For a long time we only had each other, so we have become a bonded pair. I'm a very active kitten with lots of energy to spare.  I am curious about other cats and the dog at my foster home.  I love to be picked up and cuddled and give kisses. Won't you please consider me and my sister to be your forever babies?!!
