Attention NTCR Community
We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. This means that we are currently unable to take in any cats who were not adopted from our organization. As a network of foster homes without a physical shelter, our resources and space are limited. We kindly ask that if you need to surrender a cat not adopted from NTCR, you contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us. We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
 
Please do not abandon or leave cats unattended. We understand that circumstances change, and we are committed to the welfare of every cat we’ve placed. If you are struggling to keep your NTCR cat, reach out to us directly. We will work with you to find a solution because their safety and well-being are our priority.

Hi - I am Kevin cause my foster mom says I have a noble spirit like a lion - loving and kind and fearless!  I was all alone when some shelter people took me in and I figured if I went with the flow and snuggled in they'd help me find a perfect home!  Seems to be working - came all the way from Amarillo to get my foster home and now I'm ready for that giant step to a permanent family.  I adjusted really well to my foster siblings although they were a little big and wanted me to know I was at the bottom of the order but when the food came I didn't care and was right in there with them all.  Since I was so good adapting the nice people at NTCR gave me a baby to help grow up and I've done really well - she is a wonderful girl!  Remember that I'm a kitten though - I love toys and will dig them out of whatever corner they are hiding in and the crinkly tunnel is loads of fun.  Windows are good too and snuggling up in a comfy bed or lap.  My purr is subtle but quick to come when I meet new people.
