Attention NTCR Community
We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. This means that we are currently unable to take in any cats who were not adopted from our organization. As a network of foster homes without a physical shelter, our resources and space are limited. We kindly ask that if you need to surrender a cat not adopted from NTCR, you contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us. We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
 
Please do not abandon or leave cats unattended. We understand that circumstances change, and we are committed to the welfare of every cat we’ve placed. If you are struggling to keep your NTCR cat, reach out to us directly. We will work with you to find a solution because their safety and well-being are our priority.

Hey everyone, I'm Oakley! I'm the cuddle bug of my litter and have been since day 1! I'm also the biggest boy of my litter, but shhh don't tell my foster brother, Tic-Tac! I love to run and climb and play with my siblings and I love to cuddle with my foster mom and foster brother! My favorite things are plastic bags and my cool tunnel! My siblings and I can play in there for hours! I'm really just a laid back guy though. I get along well with other kittens, adult cats and small dogs. 
Do you have a place in your heart that needs warming? Then I'm your guy, cuz I'm great at cuddles! Come say hi, I'd love to meet you!
