My name is Rebel, which suits me well! I like to play rough with my siblings, so I definitely need a young, energetic cat/kitten in my forever home. While I like to play a LOT, I’m super sweet. Just pick me up and cuddle me. I settle right down in your arms or lap. I was rescued with my siblings at a marina and kept safe until NTCR had a foster home available for me.
