Attention NTCR Community
We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. This means that we are currently unable to take in any cats who were not adopted from our organization. As a network of foster homes without a physical shelter, our resources and space are limited. We kindly ask that if you need to surrender a cat not adopted from NTCR, you contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us. We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
 
Please do not abandon or leave cats unattended. We understand that circumstances change, and we are committed to the welfare of every cat we’ve placed. If you are struggling to keep your NTCR cat, reach out to us directly. We will work with you to find a solution because their safety and well-being are our priority.

Hi there! I'm Licorice - I'm as sweet as my name! I love snuggles and snacking on fingertips! I love to run around and play with my foster siblings and then snuggle with foster Momma when I get tired out.  I need to get adopted with another kitten or go to a home with a playful young kitty. I love toys, have great litterbox manners and get along great with the other cats and the big dog (really really big dog) in my foster home.
