Attention NTCR Community
We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. This means that we are currently unable to take in any cats who were not adopted from our organization. As a network of foster homes without a physical shelter, our resources and space are limited. We kindly ask that if you need to surrender a cat not adopted from NTCR, you contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us. We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
 
Please do not abandon or leave cats unattended. We understand that circumstances change, and we are committed to the welfare of every cat we’ve placed. If you are struggling to keep your NTCR cat, reach out to us directly. We will work with you to find a solution because their safety and well-being are our priority.

Hi I’m Lavender! 

I was found at another foster’s place of work and brought to my foster mom. I was so scared and it took me awhile to feel safe, but life is great now! I love to play with my foster siblings! We play chase and wrestle and run around like kittens do. I like spring toys, tunnels and balls. I also really like head and tummy scratches. Sometimes I get spooked easily and hide, but I always come back out and continue playing. I will do best in a home with older kids and must have a kitty friend to play with. Did I mention that I have an awesome purr??? No? Let me show you!
