We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. This means that we are currently unable to take in any cats who were not adopted from our organization. As a network of foster homes without a physical shelter, our resources and space are limited. We kindly ask that if you need to surrender a cat not adopted from NTCR, you contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.

For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats

If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us. We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Please do not abandon or leave cats unattended. We understand that circumstances change, and we are committed to the welfare of every cat we’ve placed. If you are struggling to keep your NTCR cat, reach out to us directly. We will work with you to find a solution because their safety and well-being are our priority.

Hi All! I'm Jasper and I'm here to have some fun! I love to chase and play and get into a good wrestling match with a paper bag, cardboard box or a friend. Which ever is most convenient when the mood strikes me. I have a super strong motor and I'm just a happy go lucky guy. Everyone who meets me loves me! I follow my foster mom around the house to see what's going on, I don't want to miss anything!

I like to be brushed, very softly. I also like belly rubs, they're the best when they come with head scratches at the same time. When I'm not napping or fighting with a box I love to watch birds, they are fascinating!

Something to know about me, I have CH (Cerebellar Hypoplasia). Basically it's a fancy name for a neurological condition that gives me a lack of coordination. This means when I run, I generally don't run in a straight line or with all 4 legs going the same direction. But not to worry! I get where I'm going and it doesn't stop me from doing what I want to do! While I can hold my own on the first level of a carpeted cat tree, I'm learning how to use stairs to get on the bed and get down from taller trees (my foster mom says I shouldn't jump from the top of the cat tree). CH shouldn't affect my life span, aside from my wobbly-ness I'm a normal cat! I love to use my scratchers (sisal and cardboard ones) and I've always used my litterbox like a good boy.

I would love to have a good friend in my new home. I'd also be good as an only cat as well. If you think I'd be a good fit in your home and would like to meet me, please submit an application to talk to my foster mom. :)
