Attention NTCR Community
We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. This means that we are currently unable to take in any cats who were not adopted from our organization. As a network of foster homes without a physical shelter, our resources and space are limited. We kindly ask that if you need to surrender a cat not adopted from NTCR, you contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us. We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
 
Please do not abandon or leave cats unattended. We understand that circumstances change, and we are committed to the welfare of every cat we’ve placed. If you are struggling to keep your NTCR cat, reach out to us directly. We will work with you to find a solution because their safety and well-being are our priority.

Frankie and his siblings lost their mother when they were 2 weeks old.  We're so happy that we found them when we did!  Frankie is social, curious and very playful.  He is fostered with other kittens and dogs and gets along with both.  Frankie likes to lay on you chest while you watch TV; he's content just being next to you.  His foster mom works from home so he gets plenty of hugs and kisses.  Frankie would do well with a playmate and a home that truly makes him part of the family
