Attention NTCR Community
We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. This means that we are currently unable to take in any cats who were not adopted from our organization. As a network of foster homes without a physical shelter, our resources and space are limited. We kindly ask that if you need to surrender a cat not adopted from NTCR, you contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us. We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
 
Please do not abandon or leave cats unattended. We understand that circumstances change, and we are committed to the welfare of every cat we’ve placed. If you are struggling to keep your NTCR cat, reach out to us directly. We will work with you to find a solution because their safety and well-being are our priority.

Hello everyone, I’m Ocean! 

I am a sweet, affectionate and playful girl. As I’m a kitten, I have lots of energy, so it’s great to have my brother and sister to play with! I enjoy wrestling and batting around spring toys and balls. I also really like playing in tunnels. Sometimes I’ll hide in my tunnel ready for a sneak attack and pounce on my siblings when they run past. I’m such a silly girl! I also love to cuddle and be held. Head and tummy scratches are the best and always activate my purr box. Foster mom says I melt into her arms every time she holds me. If she’s too slow for me, I weave around her legs and meow sweetly until she gets the idea. (Sometimes our humans need to be trained). Since I am so young, I need a young kitten friend in my new home so I can continue to grow emotionally and socially.
