Attention NTCR Community
We are temporarily closing intake for NON-NTCR cats. This means that we are currently unable to take in any cats who were not adopted from our organization. As a network of foster homes without a physical shelter, our resources and space are limited. We kindly ask that if you need to surrender a cat not adopted from NTCR, you contact the shelter or rescue where you adopted them or explore other rehoming options.
 
For Those Surrendering NTCR Cats
If you adopted your cat from NTCR and need to surrender them, please schedule an appointment with us. We may have a waiting list for openings in our foster homes, so your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
 
Please do not abandon or leave cats unattended. We understand that circumstances change, and we are committed to the welfare of every cat we’ve placed. If you are struggling to keep your NTCR cat, reach out to us directly. We will work with you to find a solution because their safety and well-being are our priority.

Chotu is a sweet and affectionate tabby who loves to greet you with the cutest meows. She’s friendly and social, getting along great with kids and other cats—plus, she even tolerates the dog!

She really enjoys cuddling in your lap or in your bed with you. At her foster home, she is always so happy when the kids get home from school so she can sit with them during homework time. Chotu also enjoys the companionship of another cat. She loves to chase, play, and zoom around with the other foster kitties.
